At The Gloss Bar, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and service. Please review the following policy regarding order processing, shipping, and returns.

Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship orders Monday through Friday only.
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days once the order has been processed.
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery during major sales or promotional periods.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.
