At The Gloss Bar, we are committed to delivering excellence—not only in our products, but in our process as well.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship Monday through Friday only.

Shipping Timeframes
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days once the order has been processed. During major sales or promotional events, please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and ongoing health and safety concerns, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns under any circumstances.
